Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before you proceed with your booking.

  1. The prices of the apartments are listed in most cases on a per night basis. Some property prices may vary, implying increases or discounts, depending on seasons and/or length of stay. After enquiring you will receive an email with exact prices for your stay.
  2. To confirm your booking we will require a deposit of between 10% and 50% of the total rental amount depending on the specific owner requirement for each property. The balance of the rent plus the security deposit and in some cases a cleaning-fee are to be paid in euros when checking into the property unless otherwise advised by the owner prior to your arrival. Some owners, in particular for the larger properties ill insist on full payment before arrival.
  3. In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, there will be a cancellation charge as follows.
    Less than 90 days before: the total amount of deposit is forfeited.
    More than 90 days before: half the deposit will be refunded with the balance being held as an administration fee.
    No Show: If you cancel less than 3 days before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive at all, we will charge your credit card the remaining amount for the booking, resulting in the FULL AMOUNT for the booking being paid.
  4. Some owners require a security deposit on their properties as indemnity against damage, breakage and other applicable charges. This fee is normally between 150- 200 Euros but can vary depending on the property. Please confirm security deposit amount upon booking. The security deposit, less any applicable deductions, will be returned to you after confirmation of property condition. We take no responsibility and do not get involved in any dispute about security deposits.
  5. All guests staying in the rental property must be registered before arrival. The client will inform of the number of guests included within the booking.
  6. Pets are not allowed without having received previous written permission. If you are bringing a pet, please request permission when making your reservation.
  7. In the event that we were obligated by third party forces beyond our control to increase changes for your booking, you will have the choice of accepting the booking modifications and any corresponding price difference or receiving a 100% refund of monies paid. In all cases, Baliholidayaccommodation.com liability is limited to 100% of the amount received from you to date..
  8. The client signing the rental agreement will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person, or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Baliholidayaccommodation.com shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the to claim any type of compensation
  9. The rental contract is between the property owner or agent and the renter. Baliholidayaccommodation.com is acting strictly as an intermediary agent for reservations.
  10. Check-in is usually between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm and check out of the property between 8:00 am and 11:00 am on your final day. If necessary, please request modifications to these times in advance so that proper arrangements can be made.
  11. The property will be cleaned upon your arrival. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the property in the same condition. If the property is not left in a reasonable condition, Baliholidayaccommodation.com will be entitled to deduct any cleaning charges from the credit card used to secure the booking. Amenities such as sheets, towels and kitchenware are provided unless otherwise indicated on the property description.
  12. The property and furnishings must be treated with care and consideration. You must report any damage or breakage to the owner or person responsible for the apartment prior to checkout or inform us immediately if damage is significant or should require emergency repairs.
  13. Baliholidayaccommodation.com and its associated property owners and agents accept no responsibility for harm, injury or guests’ personal liability during your stay. We recommend the purchase of an adequate travel insurance policy.
